We are looking for a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in a busy British brasserie. Using the finest British ingredients, the menu offers beautifully presents, seasonal casual dining.
Serving breakfast/brunch and lunch daily, and dinners from Monday to Thursday (last orders 9pm/9.30pm), this role offers a great work life balance with no late nights.
This is an ideal role for an experienced Junior sous Chef looking for their first Sous Chef role.
Based on working 45 hours, with all overtime paid.
A short walk from Waterloo Station.
