This is a wonderful Restaurant thats recently opened and has hit the ground running. Everything is made on site and they are hoping for rosettes in the future.

THE POSITION
As Sous Chef, you will be working directly under the Head Chef. This will entail working on any desired section and running the pass while producing high quality fresh food. You will be assisting in the management of a professional team and being sure that the kitchen runs smoothly in the absence of the Head Chef.
Producing Rosette standard food
Working with the Head Chef to create new menus
Generally, not working more than 48 hours per week.

This quant Restaurant is located near the beautiful City of Cambridge. With some beautiful scenery and friendly locals this is a wonderful place to spend time. You will need to drive due to the location
