Sous Chef needed for this Stunning 4-star Hotel with multiple outlets, located close to East Grinstead in West Sussex
Salary 39-40k plus end of year bonus
Straightshifts on a 45-hour week
As sous chef you will be working along side the Head chef, deputising in his absence
Duties include menu planning through to costings
Free reign over menus
Small banqueting numbers of 80-covers
Averaging 100-covers for breakfast and 100-covers for lunch and 80-cover for Dinner
Leading a team of 8 chefs plus kps

We are looking for a Sous Chef who a hands-on chef, A Sous chef who has previous experience of running multiple outlets whilst training and developing the current team
