Salary £32 - £35K plus Trunk

The Role
Running and managing the kitchen in support of Head Chef
Encouraging and managing the team
Ensuring preparation is to an exceptional standard.
The kitchen team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence in a busy and vibrant atmosphere.
The Person
You will already be a Sous Chef
Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills,
Experience of working in Restaurants, ideally to exceptional standard,
Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude,
