sous chef required in the Chelsea area of London, this is for a Restaurant serving a good range of meats and fish. sous chef Salary upto �50k + service. It is 2 doubles and 3 singles a week, 52 hours a week
The role

As a sous chef you will support the senior sous chef and� head chef in the running of the kitchen, you will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly. you will jump on any section as required and run the pass when the head chef & senior sous chef is not in, This role will include all the standard sous chef duties.��
Experience

We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background, with a passion for local and seasonal produce. you will have good knife skills and enjoy cooking a range of dishes.�
