Job Title: Sous Chef

Venue: Gastropub 

Salary: up to £45,000 for 48 hour contract 

We are seeking a passionate and talented Sous Chef to join our team at a good quality gastropub in West Malling.

About the Role:

As the Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef, managing the kitchen and maintaining the highest quality standards in every dish. You will oversee and develop the kitchen team, ensuring consistency in menus and managing food costs and waste efficiently. Additional responsibilities include some administrative tasks, maintaining hygiene, and upholding safety standards.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum based on experience.


• 48 hour contract - all Sunday evenings off
