We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to work within the brigade of chefs, delivering amazing quality dishes using local organic produce, including award winning meats and cheeses fresh from their own Estate Farm.

Our client is a luxury estate with multiple outlets in Chichester. This role is for their grill and bistro restaurant with great service where their food take inspiration from their surroundings creating a unique dining experience.
The Person
The ideal Sous Chef will have the following: A strong track record working as a Sous Chef in a high quality fresh food setting
Experience of working with fresh produce and a passion for the best locally sourced ingredients
Ability to work within a team & lead in the Head chef's absence
Positive attitude and passion for the industry
Due to the rural location, having your own reliable transport is essential
