Position Overview



As the Senior Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the kitchen, working closely with the�esteemed Head Chef to create innovative, high-quality dishes that reflect the commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities




  • Assist the Head Chef in menu development, recipe creation, and daily kitchen operations.

  • Oversee kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.

  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, maintaining budgetary guidelines.

  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

  • Ensure consistency in food quality and taste, adhering to our established recipes and presentation standards.

  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

  • Step in for the Head Chef when needed, maintaining kitchen operations and leadership.



Qualifications




  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant or hotel environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.

  • �Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
