They are currently seeking a strong Sous Chef to assist the head chef who is always looking to improve on their acclaimed two rosette food offering.

Sous Chef Requirements:
- A highly skilled Sous Chef with a proven track record working within restaurants that couple high quality and quantity.
- The successful Sous Chef will have a creative input on all menus.
- We are seeking a Sous Chef who considers themselves to be a great leader and motivator towards the junior members of the team.
- All Sous Chef applicants MUST have a stable employment history.
