A very stylish Gastro Pub is looking for an experienced Sous chef to join this exciting Gastro. They are creating Rosette standard food in the newly refurbished establishment.
They are looking for an enthusiastic Sous chef with experience in all sections and running a busy kitchen. All dishes are cooked to order from fresh in new local gastro. This will suit an experienced jnr Sous/Sous chef looking to further their career.
All is produced fresh in house and to a high standard.
This new venue with be seeking very high standards so its essential the Sous chef has good fresh food experience whilst also at least a 2 years experience of working within a quality property.
Key points needed for this Sous Chef role
Help create a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce
Training of Brigade
Assisting with the Financial management of the kitchen
