Passion for using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients to create innovative dishes
Comfortable handling paperwork and operational responsibilities
Dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service and quality
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
Assisting in leading the kitchen team and maintaining smooth daily operations
Ensuring all dishes meet the venue's high-quality standards
Overseeing staff training and development to maintain a cohesive and skilled team
Managing inventory, kitchen organization, and sourcing fresh produce
Collaborating on menu development, focusing on seasonality and creativity
