If you were to join the team, you will be joining your second family!

Sous Chef Requirements:


  • A competent, creative and ambitious Sous Chef who can work well within a small team and confidently run the kitchen operation.
  • A dedicated and professional Sous Chef who takes a hands-on approach and sets an example for others.
  • A Sous Chef within a good culinary background working within food led reputable kitchens.
  • Previous experience cooking modern British cuisine would be desirable.
