Sous Chef - Hotel and Restaurant - Sidmouth, Devon - Live-in Available - £35K-£40K
Ideally you will have worked as a Sous Chef previously but this position may also suit you if you have 3 years or more experience working as Chef de Partie and are looking for your first Sous Chef position.
Our client is searching for an experienced chef that loves working with seasonal produce. You will have good leadership skills, be an organised worker and ideally have experience of team management and have a team orientated approach.
You will work 40-45 hours per week between 2 sites (a hotel and a restaurant) and assist the Head Chef with overseeing the team, you will help to write menus and organise the team to ensure smooth running of the operations.
