Sous chef required in the Tarporley area, �30-35k + tips (around �200 a� month / �2k a year). The client is open to either a 4 day week or 5 day week shift pattern and is a 45 hrs week contract. They cook fresh food, good quality meats. They have a range of dishes and is of a good standard.�
The role

We are looking for a sous chef to support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, you will support the head chef when he is off, you will run the pass on those days as well. On other days you will run a key section in the kitchen. Thisrole will include all the normal sous chef duties.�
Experience

We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background, with good knife skills and organisation skills.�
