We are looking for an Assistant Treatment Manager to join our team to work closely with our Treatment Manager to support in leading a team of 20+ Therapists. This is a hands on role delivering exceptional treatments to Calcot guests as well as responsibility for overseeing the day to day operations of the Treatment department. This role includes working towards set Spa budgets, delivering training, stock control, dealing with directly with client complaints, team welfare, delivering exceptional treatments and always prepared to step in to avoid a crisis with a can do attitude.
The Role:
Personally deliver spa treatments to guests and set a high standard for the team, ensuring every guest leaves feeling rejuvenated and satisfied
Pro-actively recommend our guests homecare and work towards retail targets
Responsible for overseeing the days operation of the Treatment department, conduct morning briefings, manage daily absences, maximise availability and treatment revenue potential, team well-being, dealing with any staff or client complaints and ensure a smooth journey for the team and guests.
Support our Treatment Manager to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of skilled spa beauty therapists to deliver excellence in service and uphold the highest standards of treatments
Conduct biannual appraisals alongside our Treatment Manager and ensure team development and welfare
Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team, ensuring they stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the industry. We love developing our treatment menu so encourage innovations in treatment protocols and stay ahead of industry trends
Assist in delivering fortnightly onsite training to support external college attendance. Throughout the duration of the apprenticeship the training will include both college curriculum as well as product house training to ensure all apprentices qualify to an extremely high standard
Manage and oversee control processes to maintain optimal levels of stock , ensuring seamless operations and timely replenishment. Monthly stock takes, stock ordering, input of invoices and ensuring GPs are achieved
Organise and lead daily briefings to communicate important updates, review performance, and motivate the team to achieve their best
Work towards achieving treatment revenue targets by implementing effective strategies and maximising sales opportunities while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Keen focus on retail targets, product knowledge training and refreshers delivered the team and lead by example by achieving personal retail targets
Skills:
Proven experience as a Spa Beauty Therapist with a strong passion for the beauty and wellness industry
Leadership experience - preferred
Ability to inspire and mentor a team towards achieving common goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members and guests
Strong organisational skills
Attention to detail for effective stock control and operational management
Flexibility to work on weekends and adapt to a fast-paced spa environment
Qualified to NVQ level 3 Beauty or equivalent
