Spa Cafe Manager About you
Management experience in café / restaurant environment is essential
Confidence in managing in a team in a fast paced environment
Barista experience is essential
Ability to work calmly under pressure in an organised manner
Experience in delivering training, writing rotas and team management
Pro-active and passionate for your work and communication with colleagues
Enthusiastic about hospitality and 5 star service
Keen eye for detail and flexible attitude
Aim of the Spa Cafe Manager role
Oversee and run the Pool Bar on a day to day basis working closely with the Food and Beverage Operations Director. To implement and develop new ideas to ensure the Pool Bar is a success
Key responsibilities of the Spa Cafe Manager:
Effectively day to day management to ensure smooth operation in the Pool Bar
Lead by example to ensure the team delivers high level of 5 star service at all times
Serve members and guests with a personalised service to build rapport and excellent service
Make coffees, juices, light bites and health dishes from the Pool Bar kitchen
Be main point of contact for trouble shooting and problem solving with team and guests
Be confident in preparing the staff rotas and manage the holidays to ensure enough staff cover
take ownership in ensuring that the kitchen always works to the food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
Attend daily meetings to understand any guest requirements and special requests for the day
Be passionate in creating and developing new promotional ideas to generate revenue and create a buzz in the Pool Bar
