As Store Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the store including motivating and training your team, enhancing customer satisfaction and leading the team to ensure the financial success of the business. In this varied role, we expect you to lead by example and be a real hands on manager by developing your team and ensuring your own development is fully explored.
