In keeping with our exciting growth plans, we are expanding our Service Team and require an experienced Spare Parts Co Ordinator. You will work closely with your technical colleagues growing strong relationships with our global customer base and partners providing advice to customers. A busy and varied role, you will produce quotations using our ERP system, raise enquiries with the technical engineers, manage customer administration in full, monitor spare parts stock and report on it as well as pro actively follow on up sales opportunities with customers post quotation.
This role would be well suited to an experienced Spares Co Ordinator with prior experience of working in a busy engineering environment, ideally capital equipment manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong CRM experience, have an appreciation of mechanical and electrical components and be used to the fast pace of a spares and service environment.
