Specialist Care Support Worker Winchester (Female only*)
We are currently looking for compassionate and reliable support workers to provide care for individuals within our Specialist Care service in Winchester area .
We are seeking support workers who are proactive, empathetic, and enjoy engaging with people. Whether you're supporting someone who enjoys cooking and time with their dog or assisting an individual in staying active with outdoor activities and hobbies, your role will be to empower them to live a meaningful and independent life. Your support will involve helping with daily tasks, community activities, personal care, and much more.
We prefer candidates with full-time availability, though part-time roles may also be considered. Shifts are on a rota basis, with every other weekend required. Waking night shifts may also be available.
Given the nature of the role, candidates must hold a full, valid, and clean driving licence .
