Are you an experienced and compassionate support worker looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated male support workers to join our team in a supported living environment in East Ayrshire.

This role involves providing essential care and support to a service user with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour, and a history of absconding. We require individuals who can provide a structured, safe, and supportive environment while delivering person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Providing specialist support to a service user with complex care needs
🔹 Implementing behavioural strategies to manage challenging behaviour and absconding risks
🔹 Supporting daily living activities, personal care, and promoting independence
🔹 Administering and managing medication safely
🔹 Ensuring a safe and structured environment for the service user
🔹 Working collaboratively with families, health care professionals, and multidisciplinary teams

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in complex care, autism, and challenging behaviour
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in medication administrationAbility to manag#####trong data-#####t="1408" data-end="1467">challenging behaviours and absconding risks effectively<#####ong>
