In this role your be supporting beyond academics, in this rewarding role you be critical in supporting the learners social, emotional, behavioural, and physical development. In this role you need a strong commitment to building self-esteem and confidence among students. This inviting and modern setting is looking to recruit a specialist TA to support learners in there day school. This position will require you to support SEN learners with complex needs on a 1:1 basis in a classroom of no more than 8 learners. Our autistic students are aged between 5 - 16, they have associated behavioural and communication difficulties. Some pupils may have multiple learning difficulties. This school has plenty to offer including a outdoor theatre, forest school, therapy rooms, football pitches, latest tech gadgets, music studios and DT and Art workshops that dreams are made of! This setting strives to offer the best to every pupil. This role is required on a full time, permanent basis starting ASAP. This role is term time only.
