Position:Specialist Waste Engineer
Location:Chertsey, Surrey
Job Type:Full-time
Hours:Monday to Friday, 50 hours
About the Role:
Our Client is now looking forcustomer focused people, working to deliver real and effective solutions to waste-water network and drainage problems.
Deliver customer service
Ensure vehicle stock is full and replenished
To comply with health and safety responsibilities (i.e., PPE and safe site setups protecting Lanes Group employees, the public and other road users)
To be able to utilise the software provided.
Provide support to your colleagues
To conduct thorough inspections of tools, equipment and plant before / after use
Report any defects or malfunctions in regards to training
Carry out risk assessments and have a mature approach to risk perception
Exceptional timekeeping whilst on site, keeping a log and reporting back to the planning department
Always adhere to company health and safety practices and be aware of BSI Policies and your responsibilities towards them.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have the following industry qualifications:
HGV Class 2
Confined Space (Full Rescue)
High Pressure Water Jetting Certificate (HPWJA)
Streetworks Certificate
National Water Hygiene
JHL Training
SHEA Water
DISAB Training
