Are you an experienced compliance or regulatory professional looking for a leadership role in a fully remote environment? We're seeking a Specification Manager to lead a team of technical experts in delivering regulatory and product information services to clients.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing multiple client accounts and ensuring top-tier service delivery.
- Leading and mentoring a team of Team Leads and Compliance Delivery Managers.
- Acting as the senior point of escalation for client and team queries.
- Supporting business development efforts by advising on quoting, resource allocation, and turnaround times.
- Ensuring high standards of technical compliance and regulatory advice across various product categories.
- Monitoring team performance, identifying training needs, and improving ways of working.
- Providing strategic leadership in the evolving regulatory environment.
- Deputizing for the Technical Controller or Head of Compliance Delivery as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in food science, regulatory affairs, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum eight years' experience in a technical, compliance, or regulatory role.#####>

- Experience working with or for UK retailers in compliance or technical#####es.
