Speech and Language Therapist – £46,549 - £50,049 per annum (pro rata) – Bishopton, Renfrewshire

The Role

Erskine is seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to lead its SLT service at Erskine Home. In this role, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert assessment, treatment and management for residents with communication or swallowing difficulties.
• Lead and support training for care staff and volunteers on specialist topics.
• Play a key role in service development and delivery.

The Person

• A qualified Speech and Language Therapist with significant experience in a relevant clinical field.
• Experienced in working with adults with acquired neurological conditions, including dysphagia.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and a strong team player.
• A clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
