Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify individual speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and deliver tailored therapy plans to help students reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with the school team to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Provide training and resources to staff and parents to support students' communication skills.

We're searching for someone who is:

• Qualified with a degree in Speech and Language Therapy and registered with the HCPC.
• Experienced in working with children and young people in educational settings.
• Passionate, empathetic, and eager to create positive outcomes.
• Skilled at building relationships and working collaboratively.
• Must provide 2 professional references.
• An enhanced DBS on the updated service or willingness to apply a new one.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
