We are looking for passionate and energetic sports coaches, youth workers, and group leaders to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent! If you have a love for sports and enjoy working with young people, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children aged 11-16.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate sports activities and coaching sessions for secondary school students (ages 11-16)
• Motivate and inspire young people to engage in physical activity and team sports
• Foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship while promoting a positive attitude
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times
• Assist with the development of students' skills and personal growth through sport
• Maintain discipline and manage behavior in line with school policies
• Assist in organising and setting up sports equipment and materials

Requirements:

• Experience in sports coaching, youth work, or group leadership (previous experience working with children is ideal)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate young people
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage group activities
• A positive attitude and a passion for sports and physical activity
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
