This role necessitates close cooperation with various marketing teams at both global and regional levels to ensure a cohesive and effective approach across all channels. The Sportsbook Marketing Manager will work with teams focused on acquisition, social media, content, affiliates, media buying, and CRM to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and resonate with a diverse, international audience.ResponsibilitiesCraft and execute detailed marketing plans to drive sales and user engagement.Design a promotional calendar to maximise profitability and attract both new and existing bettors.Collaborate with acquisition, social media, content, affiliates, media buying, and CRM teams to ensure coordinated marketing efforts.Analyse marketing performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to enhance campaigns and strategies.Compile comprehensive reports on marketing activities and performance for stakeholders.Keep updated with industry trends and best practices to continually refine marketing strategies.RequirementsAt least 4 years of direct experience in sportsbook marketing management, ideally within the cryptocurrency sector.Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven marketing approaches.Proven track record in creating and managing successful promotions and marketing campaigns.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Excellent communication skills, capable of effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in content writing with a high level of fluency in both written and spoken English.Thorough understanding of online marketing practices and web technologies.Highly results-oriented and committed, with a strong drive to achieve goals.
