We're seeking an experienced Sprinkler Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial sprinkler projects across various sectors. Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the sprinkler design team to take projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee up to three active projects, balancing multiple clients needs and maintaining high standards.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure project specifications are met.
  • Supervise installation teams, prioritizing safety and quality on-site.
  • Monitor and manage project expenses to stay within budget.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project completion.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks and site inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety codes and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
  • Travel as required for projects.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing commercial fire sprinkler projects.
  • LPCB certifications are an asset but not required.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-pound projects with successful outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy in client interactions.
  • Experience managing diverse project types across sectors.
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
