You will have the responsibility for applying best practices for all implementation work whilst following Kyriba implementation methodologies throughout the project phases.Your duties are outlined, but are not limited to, below:Project ExecutionDeliver Kyriba implementations projects to Kyriba customersImplement business processes and system configuration necessary to meet client requirementsDrive design and analysis activities and produce related collateralEffectively apply Kyriba methodology and implementation standardsCreate functional analysis documentsImplement Kyriba configuration necessary to meet client requirementsOversee and delegate tasks to more junior consultantsProvide customer training on Kyriba functionalityManage smaller assignments independentlyCommunication and DocumentationStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate sensitive information tactfullyLead customer meetings and workshops on functional topicsProduce high-quality project documentationClient EngagementDrive communications with clients to identify needs and evaluate business solutionsEffectively set and manage customers’ expectationsUnderstand project risks and address them proactivelyContinually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationshipsDevelop solid relationships with customer personnelFunctional ExpertiseSeek to develop and have a thorough understanding of Kyriba modules, capabilities and constraintsAbility to engage in expert conversations with Financial and IT professionals at various levels.Existing expertise in one or several of the following functional areas:Receivable finance or pooled receivable financePayable finance or supply chain financeCash conversion cyclesCash Management and ForecastingPaymentsCash AccountingGeneral Ledger ReconciliationFinancial Transactions, Deal Capture, Position KeepingBank Account ManagementBusiness Intelligence, Business ReportingInvoice managementInvoice to paCareer developmentStrong motivation to train and develop new skills in all the functional areas of the Kyriba application and solutionsExperienceHigher education degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Commerce or Engineering, or relevant work experienceDisciplined and independent personal management skills - a self-starter who can work to deadlines and standards with minimum supervisionFocused on delivering an excellent service to our clientsCreative and analytical approach to problem solvingStrong work ethicAbility to build relationships both internally and externallyExperience interacting with external stakeholders and internal teamsProven track record of successful project implementations with strong exposure to customersExcellent communications skills, both spoken and written10+ experience ideally in professional services / implementation / delivery roles in the working capital finance space, either in a bank or a fintech provider, in a client facing roleStrong working capital finance business knowledge and proven track record in implementing mainly Receivables Finance, and also Payables Finance solutionsRelevant work experience in treasury management and/or management consulting (big 4 or comparable) is appreciatedOffice and TravelKyriba offers flexible Office and Home Office working arrangementsTravel to customer site for key activities or milestones is to be expectedLanguage skillsEnglish, French, German, Italian, or Spanish language skills appreciatedCULTURE & VALUESAt Kyriba, we value a strong work culture and sense of community and ownership among our global team.
