Our client is a UK based subsidiary of a main contractor in Poland. They specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of external facades with particular experience in Unitised Facades. My client has vast experience of working in the facades sector, both in the UK, Europe and USA.

As an experienced SSSTS Site Supervisor (with strong background in Quality guidance) , you will be responsible for managing all aspects of quality on an upcoming project in Cardiff which is 9000m2 of fa�ade, the majority of which is Unitised. You will offer guidance and advice to the installation contractor, main contractor and internal project team on the quality of the installation works.

JOB Description: SSSTS Supervisor - Quality Management.

• Plan, develop and implement a programme of quality assurance
• Maintain, implement and upkeep ITP and Quality Plan
• Ensure Hold Points are enforced
• Ensure that Quality Check Sheets are completed
• Produce Quality Reports as required
• Produce Weekly Report of Quality Status and Progress
• Review and accept areas installed by installation contractor
• Handover areas to Client, which includes arranging times to agree handovers and obtaining client signatures.
• Schedule any snagging works with the Project Site Manager and Installation Contractor to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
• Work within ISO procedures established by the company
• Pre-inspection of fa�ade elements before they are installed.
• Work within the company App based Quality Assurance System.
• Perform any other related duties as required and assigned
