The Job: Working Closely with your team of Nurses and Care assistants to deliver the highest quality care to your Patients / Residents Administration of medication and keeping of medication records at all times. Checking temperature, Pulse and blood pressure as well as other vital signs Checking for infections, Bedsores as well as wounds that the patients may have incurred. Dressing or re-dressing wounds and assessing the healing process Developing and improving the healthcare plan in collaboration with the other nurses and care assistants in the home Providing Palliative care as needed to keep the patient comfortable.
