The Sucessful candidate provides comprehensive nursing care to residents in a nursing home facility. This role involves assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. The nurse will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive high-quality care tailored to their specific needs.
