As a Staff Nurse, you will:

• Support patients recovering from various surgeries including Orthopaedic, Urology, Bariatric, Plastic, ENT, and Ophthalmology.
• Provide high-quality care and receive excellent patient satisfaction feedback.
• Promote best practices and contribute to quality improvements.
• Make safe discharge decisions in collaboration with consultants.

The ideal Staff Nurse candidate will:

• Be NMC registered with no restrictions or conditions on their pin.
• Have at least 1 year of surgical or A&E experience in a hospital setting.
• Be competent across a range of skills and possess professional and clinical knowledge.
• Be comfortable working in teams with minimal supervision.
