Staff Nurse £19.74 p/h Full-Time Belfast - Northern Ireland Black Fox Solutions are currently recruiting for a staff nurse to join the team in a private care home that accommodates up to 48 service users. The successful candidate will have past experience as a nurse in a care home environment and be dedicated to providing person centred care to a diverse resident group. Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, fostering residents' independence and comfort. Conduct comprehensive health assessments, documenting observations and updating patient records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and physicians, communicating changes in residents' conditions and participating in care planning discussions. The individual in this role will guarantee the delivery of safe and efficient patient care while collaborating as a cohesive team member. Operate in alignment with the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice and Behaviour for Nurses and Midwives 2015.
