Stakeholder Engagement Consultant

PropSource is working with an independent infrastructure and property consultancy specialising in environment, planning, and sustainability. Our client works on a range of projects from pre- to post-approval within multi-disciplinary teams. They are looking to bring on a Stakeholder Engagement Consultant based in London to deliver engagement and consultation work across a range of infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working with clients to identify key impacts and mitigation measures that need to be implemented as a result


• Building positive relationships with all stakeholders, including local authorities, statutory bodies, communities, landowners etc.


• Creating communications plan and statements of community involvement


• Supporting/leading all engagement including workshops, consultations, and focus groups


• Briefing preparation and minutetaking from events

Candidates will have:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in stakeholder engagement for infrastructure/regeneration projects


• Understanding of issues in planning that affect local communities


• Work well under pressure and to deadlines


• Confident in workshops/focus groups, with strong written and verbal communication


• Knowledge of CRM system, document management tools, IT skills
