Stakeholder Engagement Consultant

PropSource is working with an independent infrastructure and property consultancy specialising in environment, planning, and sustainability. Our client works on a range of projects from pre- to post-approval within multi-disciplinary teams. They are looking to bring on a Stakeholder Engagement Consultant based in London to deliver engagement and consultation work across a range of infrastructure projects.Key responsibilities include:Working with clients to identify key impacts and mitigation measures that need to be implemented as a resultBuilding positive relationships with all stakeholders, including local authorities, statutory bodies, communities, landowners etc.Creating communications plan and statements of community involvementSupporting/leading all engagement including workshops, consultations, and focus groupsBriefing preparation and minute-taking from eventsCandidates will have:1-3 years of experience in stakeholder engagement for infrastructure/regeneration projectsUnderstanding of issues in planning that affect local communitiesWork well under pressure and to deadlinesConfident in workshops/focus groups, with strong written and verbal communicationKnowledge of CRM system, document management tools, IT skillsBenefits:Salary from £27,000+ with discretionary bonus, 4% employer pension, TOIL system, health and wellbeing contributionHybrid and flexible workingLeading training and development schemeA social and welcoming teamFor further information, please contact Megan Clark on 0161 383 1810 or #####
