Stakeholder Engagement Consultant

PropSource is working with an independent infrastructure and property consultancy specialising in environment, planning, and sustainability. Our client works on a range of projects from pre- to post-approval within multi-disciplinary teams. They are looking to bring on a Stakeholder Engagement Consultant based in London to deliver engagement and consultation work across a range of infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include: Working with clients to identify key impacts and mitigation measures that need to be implemented as a result Building positive relationships with all stakeholders, including local authorities, statutory bodies, communities, landowners etc. Creating communications plan and statements of community involvement Supporting/leading all engagement including workshops, consultations, and focus groups Briefing preparation and minute-taking from events Candidates will have: 1-3 years of experience in stakeholder engagement for infrastructure/regeneration projects Understanding of issues in planning that affect local communities Work well under pressure and to deadlines Confident in workshops/focus groups, with strong written and verbal communication Knowledge of CRM system, document management tools, IT skills Benefits: Salary from £27,000 with discretionary bonus, 4% employer pension, TOIL system, health and wellbeing contribution Hybrid and flexible working Leading training and development scheme A social and welcoming team For further information, please contact Megan Clark on 0161 383 1810 or mclarkpropsourceconsulting.com
