Position: Static Building Services Engineer

Location: W1W area of London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £45,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position on a large Static site in London

This site is a multi story office building manned with two other multi skilled engineers

The right person for this position will have a strong building services background, they need to be holding a level 2 electrical or mechanical qualification

We need this engineer to have strong mechanical knowledge dealing with fan coils, pumps, plant rooms, water testing as well as electrical maintenance.

This is a large static site so there will be no company vehicle

Requirements

• Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
• Level 2 electrical or mechanical qualification
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Happy to commute into London
• Must be able to communicate well with the client
• Good team player

Package

• Basic salary subject to experience level
• Pension
• Monday to Friday position
• No on call
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
