This an exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based on a static site in Glasgow.
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a static Commercial Gas Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across an established contract based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Commercial gas engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 with a potential route into further career progression. The successful candidate will be GasSafe commercial gas qualified with extensive experience in commercial building maintenance.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance throughout commercial properties 
\n
• Reactive maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties
\n
• Self-delivery of smaller installations
\n
• Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.
\n
• Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment
\n
• Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.
\n
• Reactive and planned commercial maintenance
\n
• Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationship
\n

Requirements: 

\n
• Commercial GasSafe qualifications
\n
• Good commercial gas maintenance knowledge
\n
• Extensive experience working within commercial environments

Package:

• Basic Salary of up to £40,000
\n
• Monday – Friday 08.00 - 17.00
\n
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
