Static HIU Plumber

Static HIU Plumber – FM Service Provider – Tower Bridge – £24 - £25 per hour 
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Static Mechanical / HIU engineer / Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a High-end residential contract. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role will be starting immediately on a temp basis which could potentially become permanent. 
  Key duties & Responsibilities

• Exchange of domestic central heating system components including radiators, cylinders, tanks, and system controls  
\n
• Power flushing of central heating systems
\n
• Close down the reactive completed works as per the site requirement and report issues back to the contract support desk
\n
• Undertake plumbing tasks to domestic and commercial installations including pressure systems, FCUs, pipe work, radiators, valves, pumps and motors.
\n
• Increases pressure in pipe systems and observes connected pressure gauge systems to test for leaks
\n
• Hot & cold water systems, Calorifiers, Boilers, Legionella Control, general Plumbing services
\n
• Cold water storage tanks
\n
• Strong knowledge and experience in working with HIU
\n
• Communicating with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates on work progress, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
\n
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, installations, and compliance documentation.
\n

• No Call out
\n
• Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00
\n
• Tablet & Work Phone Provided
\n
• Full company uniform 
\n
• £24 - £25 per hour

Requirements

\n
• Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
\n
• Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)
\n
• Must be able to pass a DBS check or have a current DBS (Essential)
\n
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
\n
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
• Multi-skilled
