A leading Building services maintenance contractor has a key requirement for a Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer. Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be carrying out maintenance and repairs on plumbing and mechanical building services systems on a large commercial site

As the Successful Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you will be:

• Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be performing mechanical maintenance on building service plant and systems.
• Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be carrying out commercial plumbing maintenance and installs.
• Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be testing plumbing systems for leaks and any other problems.
• Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be covering 1 large commercial site near Euston Square.

As the Successful Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you will have:

• Mechanical Building Services Engineer will have experience in servicing, water softener plant, swimming pool maintenance
• Mechanical Building Services Engineer must have qualifications in mechanical engineering or plumbing.
• Mechanical Building Services Engineer will have strong communication skills.
• Mechanical Building Services Engineer must have a good technical knowledge of mechanical plant including pressurisation units, safety release valves and vessels
• Mechanical Building Services Engineer will live within a commutable distance of Euston Square.

Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be paid up to �40k basic + overtime + package
