Static Site Handyman / Maintenance Engineer - �32000-�35000 + Benefits

Static Site Handyman/Maintenance Engineer job duties:

Duties to cover all building maintenance works on a static site in The Dunstable area.

To attend ppms and reactive maintenance work. Workload and duties will vary and include basic fabric work such as: plumbing, filter changes and cleans of Mechanical Systems, basic electric works and water testing/flushing.

Requirements for Static Site Handyman/ Fabric Engineer.

• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance ideally for a building services or facility management company.
• Versatile and able to cover basic works in a number of disciplines
• Maintenance Experience including some electrical or plumbing qualification
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
