Salary: Competitive starting salary range from £31,792 up to £35,937 per annum (dependent upon experience) with the potential to progress. A discretionary range for candidates with exceptional experience can be discussed/considered.

The role of Statutory Returns Analyst sits within CU Corporate Services, a wholly owned sister company of Coventry University Group.
The Role
The Strategic Planning & Insight Office is a key professional service delivering insight to a wide range of stakeholders to support evidence-based decision making across the business. In addition, the team is responsible for a suite of statutory returns to HESA, OfS, ESFA and DfE and we are currently seeking exceptional new colleagues to join the team to support the delivery of these key returns.
You will support colleagues in the Statutory Returns team with data collation, manipulation, and analysis, using software solutions as directed. Additionally, this role requires the ability to provide valuable insights derived from the data analysis, contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of strategic planning initiatives, and enhancing the decision-making process within the team.

You will be highly competent in handling, manipulating and interrogating data using complex reasoning and have a proven track record of delivering practical results and improvements.
You will have established problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure. Possessing strong organisation skills, you will be able to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.
