Steel Fixer

We are currently seeking skilled Steel Fixers to join a busy team in Dudley.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications

- Measure and cut metal components using tools such as torches and saws

- Weld, bolt, or rivet pieces together to form structural frameworks

- Erect steel frames for buildings, bridges, or other structures

- Inspect and repair existing metal structures as needed

Requirements

- Previous experience as an steel fixer

- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints

- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

- Health and safety conscious with knowledge of relevant regulations

Certifications:

� Skilled CSCS Card

� Experience in steel fixing work
