Scunthorpe (Flixborough)
Part-Time 8 hours per week (day can be flexible)
Ongoing temporary position £15p/h
Role will involve checking stock at a steel stockholder.
Stock held is a wide variety of products including, angles, beams, sections, columns, tubes and merchant bar.
Scanning stock held on site, uploading onto a bespoke stock system using a barcode scanner.
Quality checks to ensure standard of product, dimensions and descriptions are accurate.
Will involve using measuring tools, micrometre, callipers, tapes.
Ideally have experience within the steel or engineering industry and can identify quality or product issues.
Key skills include attention to detail and a methodical approach.
