TSASurveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a ONGOINGCONTRACT starting ASAP in SURREY.
All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software
Outside IR35 role
Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks
Over 1000 properties to be surveyed - STOCK CONDITION AND RDSAP
Propertieslocated in/around -
SURREY (I HAVE A POSTCODE LIST THAT I CAN FORWARD)
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the
ODD
door knocking properties
BOOKED APPOINTMENTS BY THE CLIENT
Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
