Stock Condition Surveyor

We are recruiting and outstanding opportunity for a stock condition surveyor on� permanent basis.

This role will undertake condition surveys on domestic properties to determine age of components and energy efficiency.

-Surveys of houses, flats

-Surveys of blocks and communal areas

-Logging of any HHSRS failures

-RDSAP

-Logging condition and energy information on a tablet

Candidates should have experience of working as a surveyor, must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle, should be qualified to HNC level or equivalent experience. A domestic energy qualification is desirable although this can be gained on the job.
