Stock Condition Surveyor

ATK Solutions has an excellent opportunity for you to join an asset management consultancy.�

Our client requires an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to deliver Stock Condition surveys in East and West London, you could work in either location.�
Key job requirements include:

• Undertaking a variety of Stock condition surveys investigating building defects and producing life cycle�costings


• Liaising with clients and producing a volume of quality survey reports�


• Inputting data on site and at home�

We are seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor with excellent personal and communication skills.�

You must be an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to be successful with your application.�

�250 to �300 per day on a per survey rate basis and 12 month contract�
