Hours: Flexible – 30 hours over 4 or 5 days.

Financial Analysis & Reporting : Provide detailed financial analysis on revenue, cost drivers, and profitability, with insights into key variances and performance metrics.
Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in the preparation and delivery of accurate financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with AO's business objectives.
KPI Development : Work with the wider finance team to define, monitor, and enhance key performance indicators, ensuring the business is on track with financial goals.
