To manage the University Franchised Costa Coffee Store, ensuring a profitable, safe and customer focused operation. To ensure the development and continuous improvement of designated outlet.
To contribute to the development of an Annual Plan for outlet(s) and ensure its successful implementation in consultation with the Head of Retail
To undertake recruitment, appointment and management of outlet staff in line with procedures and ensure appropriate training and development is in place to ensure a strong effective team
To ensure the effective day to day operation of designated franchised unit within agreed budgets and targets
To ensure appropriate stocking and pricing in line with policies annual plans and policies
To ensure the effective promotion of the store
To ensure high levels of customer care within the outlet, meet user groups and monitor business standards
To ensure the provision of relevant and timely EPOS or other relevant Management Information
To be responsible to the Retail Services Manager for all aspects of cash handling, stock control, promotions, shop procedures and operations
To ensure brand standards, targets and objectives are adhered to within the team
To undertake any other duties commensurate with the position and grade
